Richard Urra is the founder and lead artist of RCD Ink — a Tacoma-based tattoo brand built on clean lines, strong values, and work that ages well. With over 10 years of professional tattooing experience, Richard has developed a signature style rooted in blackwork, lettering, and black and gray realism.

Originally from Chile, Richard brings a unique cultural perspective and a deep respect for the craft to every piece. He is currently a resident artist at Pronoia Ink, located at 754 S 38th St, Tacoma, WA.
